By making a reservation, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, that you are over 18 yrs old and responsible for all in your group, and have suitable travel insurance.


1- Choosing an apartment

1-1  It is your responsibility to ensure that the apartment you are booking suits your requirements,and that you have fully understood the description available on our website. Should you have any specific questions you may ask them by contacting us at the e-mail address provided on our ‘Enquiries’ page.


2-   Making a reservation

2-1  Reservations are on a first deposit received, first booked basis.

2-2  The reservation deposit is non refundable.

2-3   Minimum stay is 3 nights


3-   Check in

3-1 Guests must let us know of their estimated time of arrival at least one week prior to arrival.

3-2  Check in is accessible between the hours of 14:00 hrs and 19:00 hrs,

3-3  Arrivals later than 19:00 hrs incur a late check in fee of 20 euro

3-4  Arrivals later than 22:00 hrs incur a late check in fee of 50 euro

3-5  Guests must keep us informed of any changes to their arrival time

3-6  Arriving guests must proceed to the meeting point for check in

3-7  The meeting point is at 10 Rue Saint Francois de Paule, Nice, from there you will be taken to your apartment.


4-  Payment

4-1 Payment of the balance is due one month prior to arrival at the latest, failure to do so will result in the cancelation of your reservation, and the loss of your deposit.

4-2 Payment of end of stay cleaning (if guests have opted for it), late check in, and our agent fees are due on arrival, in cash.


5-  Security deposit

5-1 By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing to provide our agent with a valid credit card on arrival, to hold the security deposit on.

5-2 The value of the security deposit is 400 euro

5-3 The security deposit is only used in case of abnormal wear and tear to the property or it’s contents, and /or where cleaning has not been done.


6- Check out

6-1 Check out time must be arranged at check in

6-2 Check out time must be between 08:00 hrs and 10:30 hrs

6-3 Check out outside of these hours must be pre-arranged one week prior to arrival


7- What is included in the rental rate

7-1  Included in the rental price is the apartment you have booked, bed linen, towels, utilities bills , and  local taxes.

7-2  End of stay cleaning (if guests have opted for it), late check in, and our agent fees are due on arrival, in cash.


8- Cleaning

8-1 Guests are expected to leave the apartment clean and tidy

8-2 Clean and tidy means: bins empty and rubbish evacuated to the communal bins outside, dishes washed and put away, beds stripped, floors vacuumed, and bathrooms cleaned.

8-3 Guests can opt for having this taken care of by our cleaners at a cost of 15 euro per person.

8-4 Failure to leave the apartment clean and tidy will result in the cleaning cost (see section 8-3) being charged to the security deposit.


9- Cancelation

9-1 The reservation deposit is non refundable in case of cancelation

9-2 Refund of the balance in case of cancelation is as follows;

        50% of the balance refunded if canceled at least 4 weeks prior to arrival

        25% of the balance refunded if canceled between 2-4 weeks prior to arrival

        No refund for cancelations less than 2 weeks prior to arrival

9-3  The balance paid is non refundable should the guests have to leave early.



10-  Internet

10-1 WIFI internet is provided free of charge

10-2 Holiday Apartments Nice cannot be held responsible for any interruption to the service provided by the internet provider

10-3 Holiday Apartments Nice cannot be held responsible for any incompatibility between the guest’s computer and our wifi modem.

10-4 Should there be a failure in the modem, a refund equivalent to 3 euro per full day of lost connection, will be operated.


11- Insurance

11-1  All guests must have their own travel and civil liability insurance

11-2  Holiday Apartments Nice declines all responsibility of loss or damage to personal possessions.

11-3 Holiday Apartments Nice declines all responsibility of personal injury.


12- Unforeseen technical problems with the apartments

12-1 Should any issues arise with the proper function of the apartment and it’s contents, we will proceed to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

12-2 In order to do this, Holiday Apartments Nice or their contractors will be allowed access to the apartment at a time that suits them, having given prior notice to our guests.

12-3 Should the apartment become unavailable at any time, Holiday Apartments Nice will offer you either an alternative in their selection of apartments, or if non are available, a full refund of rent paid.

12-4 SARL Holiday Apartment Nice liability remains limited at the amount of rent paid, and will not be liable for any further claims.

12-5 Refunds and compensation will be at our discretion.


13- General issues

13-1 Pets are not allowed

13-2 Smoking is not allowed  in the apartments

13-3 By making this reservation you are taking responsibility for the good behavior of all in your group, with due regard and respect for the neighbors, for the apartment, and its contents. Should we receive complaints, or be informed of damage caused by you or any member of your group, you will be asked to vacate the apartment, with the loss of your security deposit.

13-4 Rentable rates are subject to change without notice

13-5 We do not permit towels or any other contents of the apartment to leave the apartment.
