Hi Matthew,

We have just returned from Nice after a very enjoyable week and would like to thank you for the use of your apartment again which was ideal for us both in terms of location and facilities. We also like the design features of your apartments. It is very cleverly done.

Thanks for the bottle of wine which was a nice welcoming gesture and we also must mention that we received some useful local information (bar/restaurant options etc) from your housekeeper when she met us and checked us in.

We will definitely be in touch when we return to Nice again.
